Urban objects for a smarter, more livable city

This section presents two design competitions I participated in, featuring the concepts I developed and published here as part of my ongoing exploration of innovative urban solutions.

Eco-Friendly Solar-Powered Bus Stop Bench with Rainwater Collection

This innovative design was part of a competition I participated in several years ago. It features an organic shape seamlessly integrating solar panels on its surface, ensuring sustainable illumination while optimizing energy savings.

Additionally, the system includes a rainwater collection mechanism through channels that follow the curvature of the shelter. This allows for efficient water management, enhancing its eco-friendly functionality beyond just providing a comfortable waiting space

Angel bench

This bench was designed as an entry for a design competition. It features a simple metal frame with a wooden seat. The concept revolves around creating a visual connection that captivates users, drawing them in through design elements reminiscent of angel wings. This approach embraces immersive design, aiming to engage the public not only in the use of the bench but also through the emotions it evokes.
