The staircase becomes a key architectural feature, connecting the levels with a sculptural presence that adds vertical rhythm and elegance to the home.
Throughout the villa, refined details such as wood paneling, marble surfaces, and custom‑designed elements contribute to a cohesive and sophisticated identity. Large openings frame the garden and bring natural light deep into the rooms, creating a fluid dialogue between interior and exterior. The result is a balanced transformation that respects the original structure while giving the villa a renewed, modern character.
